Fine Blanking & Stamping
Fine blanking is a precision stamping process that can mass-produce metal parts with smooth edges and precise dimensions. The difference from traditional stamping blanking is that fine blanking can achieve superior edge cutting quality and flatness and maintain consistent quality and strict dimensional tolerance requirements.

Digital Water Griding
Digital water grinding uses computer numerical control tech to achieve high-precision cutting processing on the surface of the blade parts of outdoor knife. This process is critical to delivering precise blade grinding lines and a detailed surface finish, ensuring consistent quality of blade parts and increasing the efficiency of subsequent machining processes.

Surface Polishing
Surface polishing plays a pivotal role in enhancing performance and functionality of parts. Surface polishing is the process of refining a rough or uneven surface to achieve a smooth, mirror-like finish. We can provide various polish finish from brushed finish, bright finish to different finish for titanium coating, EDP, etc.

CNC Machining
CNC machining is applied to complex parts such as curved 3D surfaces. It also provides superior processing capabilities for composite materials such as G10, micarta, wood, carbon fiber and titanium alloys, ensuring the production of high-precision and high-quality parts.

KEYENCE Instant Measurement System
KEYENCE instant measurement system is an automated inspection system that uses advanced image measurement technology to quickly and accurately inspect dimensions to ensure that dimensions meet specifications.
KEYENCE microscope inspection system can further detect very small defects in parts or measure the edge angle of the blade.

KEYENCE Laser Marking System
KEYENCE laser marking system can engrave product logo, barcode, date code, serial number, etc. on a variety of metal surfaces. KEYENCE equipment has higher accuracy and stability and can completely reproduce the designer's perfect design of product logo.

Assembly Line
We have three assembly lines and one packaging line. Through various assembly jig designs and skilled labor with rich experience make the product assembly process extremely efficient, further increasing production capacity to meet customer needs. The packaging line pack the products completely for shipment, and clients can put them on shelves for sale after receiving the goods.
